The person, and the practice he built.
I am a psychologist. Mindhealer is the practice I built so this work could reach more people than one room ever could, through therapy, workbooks, and the teams and organisations that shape how people live.
I spent years watching capable people come apart quietly.
In offices, in staff rooms, in family homes, and in the lives of people who had done everything right. Holding it together on the outside while something went unattended underneath. I became a psychologist because somebody has to sit with that, and because most people never get the room to say it out loud.
That is what this is. A place to set the weight down and look at it honestly, with someone who has done this long enough to know what he is looking at. I have sat with people through burnout, grief, trauma, and the quiet strain of living far from home, and I have learned that the strongest people are usually the ones carrying the most without being asked how they are.
Evidence, held with warmth
I work from methods that hold up to scrutiny, and I bring them to you as a person, not a protocol. You are never a problem to be processed.
Your story sets the pace
I listen more than I talk. Nothing matters more than understanding what you are carrying before we touch it. You will not be rushed.
Practical over impressive
Insight that changes nothing on a Tuesday is not enough. The work has to hold up in real life, in the meeting, the marriage, the move.
Still learning, alongside you
Twelve years in, I stay open and keep studying, because the work is a partnership and the day I think I have it finished is the day I stop being useful.
What you can expect from me.
The science tells me what helps. How I sit with you decides whether it lands. You get both from me: methods that hold up, and someone who is fully present while we use them.
